Returns

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only in the following circumstances: a) Damaged during transportation: If the product is damaged during transportation, you must notify us via email at hema.sunnyusa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a detailed reason for returning the product with pictures. b) Wrong product delivered: If the wrong product has been delivered to you, you must notify us via email at hema.sunnyusa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a detailed reason for returning the product with pictures.
  2. Return Process: Upon receipt of your email regarding a damaged product or wrong product delivery, our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned product. Hema Designs will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping process.
  4. Verification and Refund: All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at Hema Designs. Upon successful verification, we will process the refund on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, and handling/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. You should expect to receive your refund within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date on which your package is received by us.
